A fruit processing validation workshop was organised in Accra on July 31, 2019 to engage fruit sector actors collectively to build consensus and contribute to enrich the results of the on-going HortiFresh Fruit Processing study.

In attendance were stakeholders from fruit hotspots all over the country who actively participated in the discourse to provided input as well as recommendations to the study.

HortiFresh would like to thank all participants for the immense contribution during the workshop. All recommendations would be considered for the publishing of a full report soon.
