Thirty Agronomists Undergone Training
October 20, 2015GhanaVeg motto; Healthy and quality vegetables from Ghana through new ways of doing business brings to you an on-field masters agronomy training of trainers (ToT) session from October 14 to 15.
Objectives of this training includes
- To understand the factors of the agroecosystem that hamper the growth of chilli, tomato and cucumber plants
- To know about the type and harmfulness of certain pest and diseases and
- To understand the development and health of chilli, tomato and cucumber plant
The training session will be used to give an on-field exercise and monitoring of the agroecosystem of vegetables to training participants.
The aim of this session is to professionalize the production of vegetables so as to increase the quality of produce on the domestic and international market.
