HortiFresh seeks to engage agronomists with in-depth knowledge in the vegetable sector able to work with stakeholders in commodity enclaves (specifically Keta-Denu Onion Cluster ; Akomadan-Afrancho Tomato Cluster). 

Duties

• Support HortiFresh to address agronomic challenges in cluster
• Liaise with stakeholders to implement farmer trials
• Supervise daily activities in the Cluster

Required Skills

• Certificate in agriculture or related fields; Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
• Strong knowledge of smallholder farming systems;
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
• Fluency in English (oral and written) required;
• Fluency in local language of Cluster required
• Willingness to travel extensively in the Cluster towns / communities
